Terms and Conditions for LuckyWave Users
Start playingThese terms set out the agreement between you and LuckyWave, the independent information portal operating at hfonline.co.uk. By accessing or using this site, you accept these conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our service.
Definitions
"We", "us", "our" refers to the operators of hfonline.co.uk, an independent review portal. "You", "your" refers to any person accessing this site. "The operator" refers to the casino and sportsbook brand reviewed on these pages. "Content" means all text, images, data, and materials published here.
What this portal is
hfonline.co.uk provides independent information, analysis and guidance about online gambling products available to UK players. We are not affiliated with, owned by, or operated by the casino and sportsbook brands we review. Our content reflects our own editorial judgement and research. We do not process deposits, hold player funds, or operate gaming software.
Any decision to register with an operator reviewed here is yours alone. We provide information to help that decision, but the contractual relationship exists between you and the operator, not between you and this portal.
Intellectual property
All content published on hfonline.co.uk — including text, layout, graphics, design elements, and the selection and arrangement of materials — is owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
Brand names, logos and trademarks of operators reviewed here remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site is for identification and review purposes only, and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Your obligations
You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older (18+) and legally permitted to access gambling-related information in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you must leave this site immediately.
You agree to use this portal lawfully, not to scrape or harvest content using automated means, and not to attempt to interfere with our systems or security. Misuse may result in access being withdrawn and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities.
Accuracy of information you provide
If you contact us via email or any other channel, you agree to provide accurate information and to use our contact channels for their intended purpose only. We reserve the right not to respond to abusive, threatening, or commercially motivated messages.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable steps to ensure the information published here is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy. Operators change their terms, limits, bonuses, and policies — sometimes without notice to review portals.
We are not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of this site or any decision made on the basis of information found here. This includes, but is not limited to, losses from gambling activity, disputes with an operator, delayed withdrawals, or technical issues on an operator's platform. Your relationship with the operator is governed by their own terms and conditions, not ours.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Links to third-party sites
This portal contains links to operator websites, payment providers, responsible gambling organisations, and regulatory bodies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link does not constitute endorsement.
When you follow a link away from hfonline.co.uk, the terms and privacy policy of that destination site apply. Read them before proceeding.
Data protection
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. By using hfonline.co.uk, you consent to data processing as described there, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Minimum age and responsible gambling
Access to this site is restricted to persons aged 18 and over (18+). Gambling can be harmful when it stops being entertainment. If you or someone you know is struggling, free confidential support is available through BeGambleAware, GamCare (National Gambling Helpline: 0808 8020 133, free, 24/7), and GamStop for self-exclusion.
Parents and guardians should use filtering software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio to prevent minors from accessing gambling content on shared devices.
Service availability
We aim to keep hfonline.co.uk available without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our practices, or the services we provide. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of this site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that achieves the original intent as closely as possible.
Contact
For questions about these terms, contact the hfonline.co.uk editorial team at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 48 hours. For account or payment queries related to an operator we review, contact that operator's support team directly using the channels published on their own site.
